Can phytoestrogens slow down aging in women?

Phytoestrogens are
a variety of nonsteroidal compounds of plants which are similar to estradiol. They have both anti-estrogenic and estrogen-like effects. It is known that phytoestrogens normalize the condition of the body of women with menopausal syndrome. However, can they compensate for estrogen deficiency and reduce the rate of aging?

The anti-aging gene Sirtuin 1 is critical to reverse the aging process. Phytoestrogens can interact with estrogen receptors and influence cellular processes regulated by Sirtuin 1. Phytoestrogens can activate Sirtuin 1 with relevance to the aging process.
